My Techniques and methods

I draw from a variety of counselling techniques depending on what challenges you are trying to overcome. These include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, One Eye Integration (OEI) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) in treating children, youth and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anger issues and low self-esteem.


I also treat clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and pain, as a result of being in a motor vehicle accident or from any other type of physical injury.

Trauma Informed Approach to Practice. Complex Care Intervention (CCI) and One Eye Integration (OEI). I have co-facilitated Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD) groups for parents, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups for teens and anxiety groups for children and teens.
